PPO plans administered by United Healthcare (UHC). Medical Benefits begin thirty days from hire date. Additionally, we have a high deductible plan and health savings account.

Dental insurance administered through Assurant.

Life Insurance

Life insurance benefit value is 200% of annual base earnings up to a maximum of $50,000. Manhard Consulting pays 100% of the premium on behalf of employees.

Short Term Disability Insurance

Short term disability benefit value is 66% of base compensation administered through Assurant.

Long Term Disability Insurance

Long term disability benefit value is 70% of base compensation administered through Assurant.

Flexible Savings Account

Pre-tax salary deferred account shelter for out of pocket medical expenses and dependent care.

Paid Vacation/Sick Time

Staff earn 15 days annually upon hire, one additional day earned annually after every two years of service completed.

Paid Holidays

Seven holidays annually.

401(k) Plan

Eligibility to enroll after 90 days of employment and next quarterly enrollment date. Manhard has a discretionary match progam.
