08/01/2010 - Lombard, IL-Manhard Consulting To Provide Community Development Services to the City of Oak Forest
The City of Oak Forest has contracted with Manhard Consulting, a civil engineering and community development consultant with offices nationwide, to provide overall Community Development services. Former Oak Forest community development director Adam Dotson and Marisa Munizzo, the former Oak Forest city planner, will continue with their community development and planning duties for the city, but they will do so as staff members of Manhard. This outsourcing decision by Oak Forest will result in an annual savings of approximately $50,000 per year for the city.
