Vernon Hills, IL – Manhard Consulting has appointed Kevin Coughlin, P.E., as the operations manager of its Chicago office, located in Chicago’s River North area.  Coughlin will oversee activities throughout the Chicago region, and will be a primary resource for project managers; reviewing the scope, schedule and cost benchmarks of current projects. Coughlin will also help manage client relations and guide the professional development of the Chicago team.

Prior to joining Manhard, Coughlin graduated from Marquette University with a degree in civil engineering, and has continued to gain valuable experience as a project manager and design engineer through multiple industry leadership roles. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has volunteered for Engineers Without Borders (EWB), designing and planning a flood mitigation project in Guatemala.
