• Natural gas pipelines, first laid in 1949, span the length of the subdivision, requiring special crossings and grading to handle construction traffic and utilities.
• Grading, utilities, stormwater, sanitary sewer, drainage and other infrastructure improvements were designed to accommodate steep grades of six to ten percent throughout the site.
