Manhard Consulting has seven Total Stations equipped with complete data collection capabilities, allowing information gathered in the field to be integrated with surveying and CADD software. Land surveying is incredibly fast and accurate with the GPS capabilities at Manhard Consulting.
Our GPS tools allow us to cost-effectively provide large-scale geodetic control networks that were cost-prohibitive or not even possible just a few years ago. For example, given a known state plane coordinate point in Lake County, our GPS-based land surveying team can generate a fixed and accurate position in McHenry County in about one-tenth the time required compared to non-GPS methods. Bottom line: accuracy is increased, and construction layout and land surveying time and cost are reduced.
