Manhard Consulting, a civil engineering and surveying firm with offices nationwide, was awarded Associate Member of the Year from the Lake County Contractors Association (LCCA).  Peter Manhard represents Manhard Consulting as a director on the Board of Directors for the LCCA.  The award was presented at the LCCA’s annual APEX awards banquet.
