The hotel development consisted of a 95,640 square foot, 6-story Hyatt Place hotel on a 9.69-acre site in the Conway Park business park in Lake Forest, IL. The hotel includes a business center, restaurant, walk-out patio, and fitness center. Phase II of the project will include a 3-story office building and associated parking. Manhard Consulting was retained to complete engineering services for the development.
The site was master planned to accommodate for both phases of development, including earth balance, utilities, and site circulation. Manhard Consulting worked closely with the contractor prior to breaking ground.
