Manhard Consulting contracted with OKW Architects to complete civil engineering design and permitting for a parking lot expansion for Imbibe in the Village of Niles. Imbibe is a beverage development company.
Manhard completed grading, storm sewer, and stormwater management design for a parking lot expansion. Unique characteristics for the project included a permeable paver amenity space that was included in the stormwater design and was coordinated with the architectural plans.
A large earthen stockpile ultimately was determined to remain on the project to get the project constructed at the budget. Overall project was a success with some delays created by internal plan revisions requested by the owner during design.
